Your Colosseum ticket includes access to the 1st and 2nd levels and any monument within the Colosseum grounds. After completing the entry procedures and mandatory security checks, you are free to explore independently with a self-guided ticket—no physical guide is included. The Colosseum, the largest and best-preserved Roman amphitheatre for gladiator games, is a must-see and one of the most visited monuments in the world.

Your ticket grants access to Palatine Hill, where you can explore independently. According to legend, this is the site where Romulus founded Rome thousands of years ago. Wander through lush green areas filled with ancient temples, houses, and the magnificent residences of Roman emperors. With a 24-hour ticket validity, you can visit until 6:00 PM on the day of entry or until the ticket time the following day. Experience the grandeur of this open-air museum at your own pace.

- Children under 18 do not have to purchase a ticket, they can enter for free (except for the Underground option)
- Children/under 18 must be accompanied by an adult and must carry ID passports or a valid identity document (also a digital copy), because the Colosseum staff may ask to check them at the entrance
- The Colosseum area is an open archaeological park and for this reason is not equipped with sun/rain covers and shops. The local operator is not responsible for any kind of discomfort due to this.
- The Colosseum’s capacity regulations (no more than 3000 people inside at the same time) may delay the tour departure. This could also influence the smooth running of the tour especially on national holidays, weekends and during high season.
- The local operator is not responsible for any inconvenience caused by the closure of the Colosseum/Palatine Hill/Roman Forum due to strikes, events, bad weather, etc.
- This ticket does NOT includes the access to the Arena (except if you booked "Vip Arena Ticket" or "Underground ticket/Guided" options)
- It is forbidden to enter the Colosseum and Palatine Hill/Roman Forum with with BULKY luggages, handbags. Please be aware that there is no luggage storage and that we cannot keep your stuff. Take only the necessary stuff: camera, plastic bottles, documents, wallets etc

- You will be added to a group with a privileged entrance and after the security check you’ll be free to explore the Colosseum by yourself.
- After the visit of the Colosseum (around 1h), with the same tickets, you will be able to visit always by yourself the both sites: the Palatine Hill/Roman Forum & Fori imperiali.
- Following the new directives of the Colosseum, the ticket to the Colosseum is nominative and therefore it is mandatory to have the FULL NAME OF ALL PARTICIPANTS.

- For European travelers We will send the tickets of under 18 online. However for traveler outside EU will get their tickets at the entrance from the entry staff
