Overview

The purpose of this experience is to visit the fascinating and mystical Christian catacombs, the burial place of the first Christians, when they were still persecuted. They extend for kilometers underground, dug entirely by hand in the tuff, they host the burial of hundreds of thousands of people. Here we will also find the tombs of the first Popes, not by chance it is called the little St. Peter.

After passing the Baths of Caracalla, the Via Appia Antica begins, the most famous Roman road.

After passing the tomb of the Scipios, we will pass under the Arch of Drusus, an imposing monument from the Roman era.
